协助动物政策和协议

 内布拉斯加大学科尔尼分校 (“bet36365体育” or “University”) recognizes the importance of “Service Animals” as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) and the broader category of “帮助动物” under the Fair 住房 Act that provide physical and/or emotional support to individuals with disabilities.  bet36365体育 is committed to allowing individuals with disabilities the use of a Service Animal on campus to facilitate their full-participation and equal access to the University’s programs and activities. bet36365体育还致力于允许必要的援助动物为残疾人提供使用和享受大学住房的平等机会.  本政策解释了适用于个人在大学宿舍使用辅助动物的具体要求.  bet36365体育保留根据情况需要修改本政策的权利.  本政策仅适用于大学宿舍可能需要的“辅助动物”.  它不适用于ADAAA定义的“服务性动物”.

I.  定义

The procedure for requesting 帮助动物 follows the general procedures set forth in the Reasonable Accommodation Policy for University housing (“Reasonable Accommodation Policy”) and the requirements set forth below.  然而, 本政策的要求和程序与《bet36365体育投注》相冲突, 本政策应控制.

bet36365体育 will 不 limit 房间 assignments for individuals with 帮助动物 to any particular building or buildings because the individual needs an 帮助动物 because of a disability.

IV.       通过援助动物进入大学设施

A.        帮助动物

  8. The 老板 agrees to abide by all equally applicable residential policies that are unrelated to the individual’s disability such as assuring that the animal does 不 unduly interfere with the routine activities of the residence or cause difficulties for individuals who reside there.

7. Non-retaliation条款
