目的
The 学院包容性卓越奖 recognizes a 教师 member who demonstrates outstanding and consistent commitment to inclusive excellence and fostering a climate of 包容 和归属感 for all students, 教师, 以及整个校园的员工. The nominee may provide vision and leadership for fair and 访问ible policies and practices, promote innovative programs that support the needs of our campus community and especially at promise or underrepresented groups, demonstrate innovative inclusive teaching and mentoring practices, and/or expand our campus community understanding of diversity, 访问, 包容, 通过服务或奖学金获得归属感. The award provides a $1,000 cash prize and a certificate/plaque to one 教师 member annually.

Nomination materials should provide evidence of at least two of the following criteria:
- Teaching/Librarianship embodying inclusive excellence and innovation, 为所有学生创造积极的体验.
- Research in the nominee’s discipline that advances understanding of inclusive excellence and issues of diversity, 访问, 包容, 以及高等教育的归属.

- Must be an employee at the time of nomination and awarding.
- Previous awardees are ineligible for a period of 3 years following their award.

- The nominator provides the nomination form complete with all signatures to the nominee. Any current bet36365体育 student, staff or 教师 member can submit a nomination. 欢迎自我提名.
- Nominee prepares and submits the following documents:

The nominee may provide vision and leadership for fair and 访问ible policies and practices, promote innovative programs that support the needs of our campus community and at promise students, and strive to create and sustain an inclusive campus environment that supports 包容 和归属感. The award provides a $1000 cash prize and a certificate/plaque to one staff member annually.

- Introduces, plans, or advances policies and practices that promote 包容 和归属感.

资格
- 被提名者为行政人员, 管理/专业, office or service staff of the 内布拉斯加大学 at Kearney who currently hold at least a .50 FTE regular approved position and have worked for the University for at least two years.
